However, it would depend on the preferred series. Series B for instance is convertible to 5000 Commons. Lol I love the trtc show this trainwreck is entertaining.

TRTC absolutely is kicking common shareholders to the curb on this one.
This corporate share structure change is as near as taking a company private as possible, but if you were a TRTC insider it's a double bonus!

They get all the equity and they still have plenty of new shares to print.
