I simply called them, anyone can do the same. [phone] Chances are very good most folks will never get an owner, Director, or upper management's ear, but I can assure you I did. One thing they were very clear about was that SOUM's offer was never even close to being a serious consideration for them.

In fact they indicated the only reason they signed SOUM'S NON-BINDING LOI was to bring broader attention to the public that Western Grade could be purchased with the right kind of offer, but they are really not in any kind of need to sell anyway.
