I think your expectations are set way to high for the OTC...
There's still a small possibility that he came through and just didn't tell anyone...
he didn't say anything about pr's he just said contract SHOULD (key word) finalize next week pending Lawyers, Lawyers are paid to draw things out so as soon as lawyers were mentioned i set my expectations really low.
the other tweets were just blanket statements about due diligence and decisions to be made...
maybe the decisions being made don't hold any investor value so were not made public I don't know, like i said in an earlier post at this point it's a very high risk but as far as price value goes i think we are at rock bottom.
