Well it's a reputable source (not seeking alpha, stocktwits, blogs, or opinions on Ihub) backed with statistics. I'd be curious to see how long after oral hearings they take to provide a ruling; as clearly many of these rulings have occurred prior to the full course of the process occuring as it did here
To add to my previous post, it seems the median time for a written decision based on that data is 12 months from the institution of the IPR process.
As such, it aligns with the views that many here (including myself) have suggested that we likely won't see a final written ruling until late November. Is it possible something could come sooner, of course, but that data seems to suggest it does take a full year more often than not to complete this process end to end.
