I like the companies product a lot; once I finish profiling management, I'll be a buyer of this one.

I also like the risk/reward ratio on this stock.

You'll soon learn that this company doesn't have any "partners". A "Memo of Understanding" is just worthless non contractual garbage that is used by scams to fool witless newbies out of their money in the penny market. There is no partnership.

Until these guys can prove that their overpriced dehumidifiers can sell, this will remain what it has been for the last five years: A stock selling scam that wipes out all of it's investors.
