This Lawsuit will push GDSI into bankruptcy. GDSI is broke. Where will the court find the money to pay back the share holders? They may get some money from the Board members (past & present). Even if the suit is successful Rosen will get 50% in legal fees first. Share holders will be lucky to get $10 in compensation.
