I e-mailed Ben asking about it and other addresses of places leased and used by KBLB. The reply I got was:

The reason that the Company doesn't publish the address is that too many shareholders, and other interested parties, would stop by to chit-chat. If it was just one or two people, it wouldn't be a problem, but it probably would be hundreds of people stopping by and it's just too disruptive.
