Want to market a GMO lactobaccilus containing a human gene? The FDA would have problems with that.

Want to market the usual lactobaccilus as a supplement? No FDA problems. Buy in bulk from the cheapest supplier. Contract someone to bottle it as needed. Slap a MNZO label on the bottle. Sell on Amazon. Of course Kenny would've still needed to clean up the website claims, else a complaint to the FTC was just an Email away. As a private company he can just make no claims. Remain invisible to the Internet world. Market yet another lactobaccillus probiotic on Amazon. Call it whatever he wants. Pay someones to post glowing reviews about the product. Probably the same someones who gave testimonials in the one PR.
