Sell on Amazon. Of course Kenny would've still needed to clean up the website claims, else a complaint to the FTC was just an Email away. As a private company he can just make no claims. Remain invisible to the Internet world. Market yet another lactobaccillus probiotic on Amazon. Call it whatever he wants. Pay someones to post glowing reviews about the product. Probably the same someones who gave testimonials in the one PR.
