don't think so. if they raised the $23m+ @ $3.00 the total shares would still be under the 15m AS. not a big deal to raise the AS if they wanted too though... Z
The authorized is fixed in size unless a shareholder-wide vote is taken upon a resolution to change the authorized. The offering shares and the shares underlying the warrants, all must fit within the authorized. At this point it is anyone's guess how many shares will flow to the float as a result of the secondary offering.
