OK, but Western Grade's management has indicated to me that SOUM's current offer as is, will NEVER be accepted. In their own words the said "that offer was only a joke they played along with at SOUM's request".

Plus even if it was, the convertible preferred shares WG owners would receive, would equal more than 66 billion common shares upon conversion. This fact alone put that offer directly into their round bin file.

Now seriously, why would the owners of a very successful operation worth millions of $$, with several 100K of CASH in hand, legitimately consider any offer completely void of CASH???
