They only had 3.75 B to start, as of over 9 months ago , last officially " as of date " in the last filing we saw, it was apx 3 B OS, leaving only 750mm to sell for dirt or self issue, and at the current DILUTION RATE for SNEY , they would have apx 400mm left to sell, but they most likely can't find anyone to buy them with , as you say hardly any spread left. But beyond that no toxic debt financier will buy them once AS gets below a certain threshold , as there's no guarantee the symbol would even make another filing or PR to gin up liquidity to move any out of the market shares bought. Basically at this point, it's time to inscribe the epitaph : " here lies another pink scam that has lied to move paper, leaving behind countless folks Fd over".
