I am skeptical about charting penny stocks. My system is primitive. I just wait for 2 or 3 months and lacdf takes a significant hit, buy, then wait for the eventual recovery. It has worked 5 or 6 times. The problem is that this coming feasability study wll most likely cause a big surge. And I do not want to be left at the station. Probably sell a portion & wait. Not fancy, but it works for me.
