News was out 30-40 minutes before market close and there was no reaction in trading. This is a well watched stock so anything significant will move it even on the otc. Weve seen it move down on no news so not seeing it move on some news is well...weird...and typical for this speculative name. Thinking traders or main players not reacting to Tims case...everyone waiting on Perry...possibly.
