Um... How did "management" get interpreted as "Mr. Wallach"? Not only is traderbbc1's assessment factually accurate
but the question is very valid too, and it is also happens to be a red flag for me. I would think as an apparent longer term holder of CAPC you must have read the pre 14c carefully, wherein it clearly indicates repeatedly, retail holders are the minority to "management's" ability to control a majority on all voting matters.
Please don't misinterpret my meaning here, as I am seriously considering an investment in CAPC, however I am not feeling much trust in management being shown on this thread or coming from Mr. Market as of late either. I also see their price to earnings, sales and book value as too rich for me vs the risks at current PPS levels to justify jumping in right now.
I'd rather miss out with CAPC than end up stuck, so I'm just watching now for a better opportunity that may or may not ever arrive.
