Recent trading activity produced a short window where the value was high enough that Scottrade would accept my sell order. So I sold my holdings and I'll write off the loss at the end of the year. Luckily I didn't have such a large investment that my losses exceed the IRS limit.
Anyway, if you have some hope, good for you. I hope it takes off and you can recover whatever you invested.
