The beauty of this Company is they will benefit from the future profits of the PM bull market, but they don't have to take on the liabilities that a conventional miner has to make. No equipment to buy, no people to hire to run the mine, etc. They get royalties from the companies they eventually sell their properties to.

Figuratively, they get the milk without having to feed and keep the cow.

Yes sir this is a retirement position and it will pay hefty royalties to those that are patient and have a decent amount of shares. Its starting to look like an unregulated REIT imo. FFMGF
