Caution

I said "if" AmeriResource becomes profitable. And I say that because Doc 71 allows for debt payoff based on "future profits." In other words, there is nothing in the Order that talks about breaking even.

As far as Sept 13, that might be pushed out if an extension is granted. I believe there are disputes and perhaps other legal matters (like suits) that could be happening and it may take longer than Sept 13 to settle that.
