Please read the reply to my original post, whereby I clarified prior to your rebuttal; GM did not have warrants per original agreement, they were created during the bankruptcy process to ensure the government was repaid.
This prior clarification will shed light on your reply and why it is not a valid assumption. You assume I meant GM could not repay the government when including the warrants which; you have also proved to be true by an estimated10 billion loss. This however was not what I implied.
