In the Form 10 on item 10 it says "Item 10. Recent Sales of Unregistered Securities " and states "600,012,754"

So since it is unregistered securities does that mean the float? I see a lot of convertible notes in that list of conversions.

Can someone please explain? I'm holding at an average price of .12
