Stop with all the questions. The plain and simple answer to all of the questions is THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Pertinent questions from over 2 months ago, are the same questions being asked today:

COBI - what's all the mystery. They have already told us: 1) there will be a symbol change - who cares whether it is BOOM, DOOM or anything in between - it is simply a symbol change 2) they have communicated the new name of the company - no mystery here 3) they communicated that they are planning to hire a management team - the implication being they don't have one yet and 4) they recapitalized by increasing the authorized shares from 1 billion to 4 billion. Here is what I would like to know:

1) What is it that they plan to do - what type of team are they searching for.

2) How do they plan to finance what it is they want to do - including the salaries of the new hires. The company, per the recent filing, has no cash, no revenue and no assets. Are they planning to use stock as a currency and dilute shareholders? If not, where is the source of the capital coming from?

My opinions anyways. PS And who is really running the show - the Chairman, the interim President - and why is he interim etc. Seems as if it would be hard to hire a talented management team when the one hiring you is interim - don't get this.
