If I understand the question correctly, according to VELA's last
10K filing 05-14-2014 page 10:

"The StarHub option is exercisable for three years,"
That would be three years from Dec 2 2013 so time will be up
Dec 2 of this year.

However, nothing is any good unless the information is put out there, made public, and disseminated. That is assuming of course that Velatel does in fact have something going on. I am not so sure that they do and not exhibiting at GSMA was not a good sign.
