Q2 Report & DILUTION - GLUC IR

FinsDontRule's comment regarding dilution requires a response. In the first 6 months of 2016, GLUC raised $123,500 in capital to fund operations. In the first 6 months of 2016, GLUC issued 301,344 shares. The Company still has less than 3 million shares issued and outstanding - of which the CEO has 600,000! The past is not a guarantee of the future, but to date, there is certainly no case to make against GLUC for excessive dilution!
