BTFL - Let's be clear here. Litigation does not equal doom. Companies go to trial all the time. More states are converting to MJ by the dozens. Just because a state brings sanctions against a CEO doesn't mean the company will go under. I like this free publicity....So much controversy around MJ right now. Controversy is good. Let's see what the company presents to it's shareholders. Penny stocks are risk versus reward...Patience and being optimistic regardless of the outcome are good traits to have in this game.
