I hope you are right. They do need a JV. I don't think they will get a credit line as they have no income to pay interest payments. The conference will be interesting. Could shake up things a bit depending on what is said. Is there another possible option other than a JV? More Maxim Group deals would be worrisome.

I know Regis, dilution would not be good. Was just saying they could really advance this in a year with a chunk of cash.
