KGKG. Knowing is not an issue here. I do not know. That is a realistic admission. NO ONE that is not management knows what is going on behind closed doors. We have faith that we have enough information to determine as days go by that the company remains a safe bet and that I will be rewarded some time down the road for retaining my shares and maintaining loyalty to the company's cause.
That is it. Every day I reevaluate my stance. I guess you could call me a fair-weather fan. When the company doesn't play well, I am inclined to "boo" should I believe bad play is a result of management's decisions.
With KGKG, it is management's decision to expand the O/S....for purposes unknown to the investor at this moment in time. I boo because the result is that the pps has stymied and still enters the range of previous lows. Their decision IS a bad play as far as I am concerned. It will take some big surprises to overcome the damage the expanded O/S has done. As we have seen, even having the new highly anticipated MJ imbued energy drink entering the market could not shake the burden of an ever increasing O/S.
I do not know the CEO or quite frankly, what is in store for KGKG down the road. But I can express dismay over something I do know: The O/S is too high and totally without merit at this point. My optimism is curtailed by this action. It does give me the willies thinking I have seen this action before in many pinky shares I bought in to. Today, I have nothing to say that would provide encouragement that KGKG has not become like those...and, unfortunately, this does not bode well.
Sure, KGKG could be different but as of right now I am not convinced so.
