i wonder what will be considered the "last day" if FARE is never heard from again.

could it be May 24, the date of the last Facebook post and the last PR?

maybe March 31, when the business license expired and the NT-10K was filed?

possibly April 18, when the CFO resigned?

or April 19, when the registered agent resigned?

those first two dates are interesting, quite the timing.
