Sold in the .50s when Reverse..Split was announced. I know the effect of these things, and TRTCs planned R/S is very nasty. Not splitting the insiders Preferred shares is a slap in the face to common shareholders.

The share price will decline from now until the R/S happens. Of course will be a few spikes for the traders, but long term you will lose badly on TRTC.

At least the insiders will make a LOT of money.
