I am not sure at this point. One thing that really made me backed off is that the power company claimed they were able to retain 200k in contracts as well as growth of 5-6k monthly. But, none of that was reflected on the earnings report. This made them lose credit. This is the reason I don't and rarely trade OTC stocks. I'm better off looking at other opportunities on NASDAQ. I will come back if this gets up listed.
