A lot of this sub-penny action is on the buy side, which makes sense. I really don't care what action occurs until we get news regarding permits, contracts, and revenue. I am not selling and I have enough shares, so I am not buying. Nothing to do but wait for revenue, followed by a good increase in pps. When we get revenue, then I can start to figure a good valuation and plan a strategy for cashing in.
Could be tomorrow, could be next year.
