So why do we pay 10X and up for drugs and medical devices versus the rest of the world? Plenty of foreign drug manufacturers and it seems the US public has to foot the bill for the rest of the world.

I agree, but I was just assuming that the inhalable epinephrine would be a big cost savings for insurance companies and patients. I was wondering how far along MNKD was with it.
