If the O/S is near 1 billion shares then NGCG has been selling shares illegally since the middle of 2015 because the A/S is 750 million (according to the Delaware SOS).

I agree with everything you have posted - but I haven't been able to find where Kim has been involved with any pinkys in the past - I know that doesn't mean a great deal but he doesn't have a Ross/Ruppert track record for scamming.

I do know that we will soon find out if Kim is going to walk his talk or it just go the way of all of the other OTCM companies.
