This tells me the Private Label Company can make the product way below the ABCO set up can.
Nate wants to tap into that savings.
Why would he hold up this monumental deal? At this point in the story when sales is everything?

I think we see the bigger can size too.
Nate wants the power of this Company.
Geese, I wonder who can be that big?

Delta can fly 30 people from NY to LA cheaper than I can fly one in a private jet.

I'm thinking we are tapping into a major economy of scale.

Yeah, I'll hold s few more weeks to find out.
Hell yes.
Pick up a few more knee jerk shares.

I could be wrong, but there is two thing going on with the negotiations, one is licensing and then there is a co-packing agreement. I think the licensing is already a done deal. Meaning Nate has already come to terms on another company branding the Nate's Pancake product. The co-packing issue is more complex. ABCO can not do national distribution and I believe Nate is negotiating with the same company a deal to get Nate's Pancakes name brand across the country. The canned batter product will be all over the country it may not always have Nate's Pancakes on the label. However Nate's will make money on all of it.

We buy these products everyday folks, some you know by the brand name and some look like a store brand, but they are really the same as the brand. All I know is we will benefit from every can sold. Nate has been doing this for years, but being small operation is tough when you are bootstrapping.

Watch Shark Tank and you will see that investors want a huge chunk of company equity to get the product out there. It's f'ing tough especially in the food business and it takes time if you are not a big fish.

We are close folks.
