"We can benefit greatly if the company is a success but our investment is highly risky too because a series of r/s could virtually wipe out the common shareholder."

Thanks I am sure we feel much better now..........

We are so glad TRTC has returned to Dominion instead of using Private Placement.

We have no problems with TRTC financing not for profit dispensaries for insiders at a cost of ten million.

We have no problem with insiders making monthly revenue exceeding 50,000 a month from rent, remodeling and security for BlumOak.....which lost 500,000 last year.

We are very excited that the share price is .38 cents now and was only .75 two years ago......makes a long term shareholder warm and fuzzy all over.

ROFLMAO You must have spent hours writing that nonsense.

They issued the B shares to themselves!!!!!!! On paper they would be worth hundreds of millions of dollars post split, hundreds of millions more than they invested. None of this was issued to some financier!!

They have issued themselves 40 million of these shares. You said they doubled the authorized preferred shares so they can attract new financing. Apparently, you are unaware they have already taken 15 million of those for themselves.

You said 1 thing that was correct:No one, not a single investor, is going to come in and drop $75 millions into TRTC to just buy common shares. It ain't going to happen. That is exactly why there will be a reverse split and sooner rather than later. They do not have enough shares to preferred or common to give away to grow they way they say they are going to.

"However, if TRTC is wanting to get to the NASDAQ where they can really attract institutional investors, they are not going to destroy the base of common shareholders. It would be anathema to their whole plan for the company, which is ultimately to get bought out." Wake up, there will be a Reverse Split and there is no reverse split possible where the common shareholders don't get killed as long as they still own all the B shares.

I am the first to admit that I am not a stock market guru... I have a basic understanding of how it all works or is supposed to. My bottom line is to make some cash and move on. I have held this stock for a couple of years through several dozen up and down bounces... I am really needing a decent return so I am waiting until November to see what (if anything) the election cycle brings.
