KMAG has many longtime shareholders who have been very patient. Well it is time to move forward.

Confirmations of the proxy and AGM will take place in the next week to ten days.

We have received numerous inquiries of status and timing of the meeting and other material events. We will update as we get confirmations.

Please understand events of this nature must be disclosed to all in a public format only.

I am deeply troubled that so many attempts have been made by others to create diversions with transmission of fraudulent emails. Fraudulent emails will be traced by the appropriate authority.
