KGKG Too skimpy of a reason not to buy in. IMO, a mistake at this time. A crack in the armor is peanuts when compared to what could happen. Trust, though virtuous, is really a personal perception. For me, my trust in KGKG was hardly shaken - first, my opinion was not a fact...more like a feeling. Until they release their financials and an update on SS, my opinion simply leaves a doubt or two that will mellow my reaction if it is in fact true. NOT cause me to sell out.
Be aware, there is a greater than 50-50 chance the O/S and float will remain well within my tolerance level. It is highly expected that the financials will provide a more positive reaction than negative and likely the pps will rise. Rise is YOUR desire...therefore, IMO, buying in at this time, odds being favorable as I understand them, and a rise in the pps would lend itself to me buying more shares - I have no $$ to do so, my surprise is that not buying at this time may not be the best decision on your part.
