Please understand how this APO will work, which is the same as all other reverse merger takeover the scam shell schemes work.

Existing shareholders equity position will be massively reduced with the reverse merger. New shares will be issued, the "alternative placement" of the equation - The new owners will want stock equity based collateral, i.e. shares.



TRON is not an investment. It is a forward looking story.

The reverse merger will not be kind, not for existing stockholders.
