LOI fell through. There are a bunch of theories why.
angel mistakenly announced it with few details, leaving it up to potential investors to investigate further. doubt any of it was done in a harassing manner. given angel's past, i imagine many wanted to make sure there was a legit deal in the works.
That being said, it's impossible that anybody famous and wanting to push their brand will ever get anywhere near angel stanz, nor will any legitimate business people.
