In the very near future it'll be on the pinks then most likely up to the OTC. Getting over the denial that it is going to happen is difficult I guess IMO.
Don't recall how many times the SEC has demanded to Hard Drive to be returned in other cases. Was there ever any data supplied for it? It's such a rare occasion there is none.
Yet, the SEC allows Treaty 6 months more time for them to laugh at and thumbs their noses at the SEC. Even when the SEC could shut them down now with the amount of evidence they have named Mount BS.
