Droopy, please explain "Buyer Beware" for us.

I have said in another post that a R/S is usually seen as a negative. IF in fact TRON announced a R/S without any supplemental information, then I would agree. For TRON's case though, it is NOT.

TRON has announced a merger with iMed through an APO (Alternate Public Offering). They have plan's to move higher. Many investor's have posted DD and supplemental DD on TRON's plan merger. For ease of viewing, I have a sticky posted (POST #9538) that consolidates most of it.

HOKIE has also provided many posts stating that it is not a R/S, but in fact a "RECAPITALIZATION" of the stock.

Please research on your own. Don't state "Buyer Beware" because of the phrase "Reverse Split" without doing any DD. We have links and information to prove that TRON as a future.

It's not a reverse split, clearly you don't understand an APO. It's a recapitalization of the share structure and what you're not including is the private placement worth millions!
