if Mikah is the owner, and someone else buys Mikah, then technically the common shares were not sold and the attached "Shareholder Rights" remain in tact for the new owner of Mikah.

It's spelled out plain as day on the form 4 filed Friday.

Would love to hear from a securities attorney on this as well as the Rule 144 restrictions on Mikah selling its Elites shares to an independent third party.
