It is a global issue. First of use versus first to file, also patent pending.

These idiots could claim first of use in the use and patent pending, however, these idiots cannot sell the product. There is a reason why. I will explain later and again, Container ships and Stevedoring companies don't wan't their product...there is a reason....time, and cost.
