Just like that outfit Zamunda paying a lease of over $6,000.00 to CGRA every month. Why pay rent to a company for a lease when you don't even have a licensed business to operate in the first place?

So, a company just starts paying when they make money? LOL...People even pay their rent first plus a deposit before they rent a place to live!! Commercial rental is a lot more regulated! Oh,boy!
