Have you ever tried buying stock with a float of 450,000 shares?

Yeah 450,000 shares. Thousands not Millions. We only have a float of 229 Million. Plus this is a Super undervalued price.

Lastly only reason imo they are doing a RS of 500-1 is the previous Ceo from 2010 owns 42 Million shares restricted they want off the book. So he will get completely wiped out as well.

This ain't a company that will be going backwards. Especially with a float of 450,000. It will be almost impossible to get shares. We will trend higher imo not lower from our RS price.

Lastly a 500-1 isn't set in stone. I have already figured it in and who knows what other surprises management has in store for us longs. With the APO Coming we are looking at Big Board leaps.

I agree, investors (including myself) look at reverse splits as a negative, but there ARE good reasons for doing one.

As SMITTER said, they are trying to clean their books. The R/S may not happen, but if it does, it's solely on getting the merger and APO process complete.

If they were to just announce a R/S with no supplemental information, then I would agree that it would be a negative. In this case, I do not believe so.

But as I said, some of this is my opinion. Trust your gut and make the decision you belive is right.
