This is the only thing I think contradicts this theory.

For the APO process, the private company takes over the shell company, and in the end the private company is all that remains.

You are correct that the PR states that iMed will become a subsidiary of TRON, so I am unsure.

Could I be incorrect?

By all means, I hope you are right about a possible second merger.
