I e-mailed the writers of the article and responded back that they were wrong with the dates and are making the changes to the article they posted. It's actually a lot better that the Auction is next week since the lawsuit is still on going and we don't have a Stalking Horse Bid yet. If we win the lawsuit i expect we get one shortly after.
