That is definitely one of the reasons for restructuring the financing in this way. IMO. It's why I have been holding and hope the timetable has been moved way up

I think that's unlikely. They would not have authorized 500M new shares only to turn around and try to eliminate the need to create additional shares to cover the warrants. This is for financial solvency. It's a good strategy if the warrant holders accept.
