Abandoned means abandoned:

"Forsaken or deserted" in this case, both.

Please see the current PPS and then note the delinquency in SEC filings, the millions in toxic death spiral convertible debt and the BILLIONS of pending dilutive shares for an accurate current status of the NBRI SCAM.

Apparently abandoned does mean something and defaulting triggers receivership. Sadly many here continue to warn people about the NBRI scam and they just won't listen.
