It could be worth millions when he gets through the quagmire of the billionaire's wanting to keep him out. Years ago I invested in technology that showed promise in converting CO2 into fuel. They got shut down by the big boys. In the 70's, there was an Ohio man who invented an engine that extracted hydrogen from water. He was killed. I hesitate because I know big money will attempt to keep him out of the market if he doesn't play ball with them. It sounds like that may be the reason his technology hasn't made it into the game yet. He has already had several years in the attempt. Good luck!!!
