#6077 RE: Sprincenatu #6074

Theyre clearly doing a reverse split...to reduce shares.

The new company is taking over the shell. They will get approval, since they would have looked into what they were capable of, way before deciding to take over this particular shell and pay for it. If not they would have shopped a different shell to merge into. So when you see a new company take over a shell and file, they already know what they can and cant do. Dont let anyone tell you its not a reverse split, because they have already filed to take the last companies 1000:1 reverse split and up it to 2500:1 reverse split. As far as when... No one can answer when it will be enacted, until the new company puts out an update to when. Until now you dont want to touch this with too many things looming and a death spiral to occur as soon as it opens up again. The new company will setup a structure they want, and they wont care about existing shareholders. It wasnt them that screwed them, and they will only worry about what they do next.

The newest company filed to raise the reverse split from the older companies approved 1000:1 split. Page 3 clearly spells out the new 2500:1 reverse split. All reverse splits are share reductions. They filed no forms of any buybacks of shares. Just to split it.

Heres the latest, and increasing the reverse split amount.

And heres the approved 1000:1, from the previous guys.

And you can see the debt dont just go away. Even after the split the debtors still get the required shares to satisfy them, at their same discounts. Which is spelled out in many filings. So you can bet right after this atrocious split, it tanks by at least 50% right away since them and retail will compete to get out once trading again.

Right now no one even knows what this new company has, will do, or if those running it are legit or shady. The last company would have needed close to 5 Billion shares to satisfy the old CEOs bad debt dealings. A fraction got converted. Lawsuits are pending for the debtors, since they will need to remain and squashed only when terms of the new deals are made. So this is a dead ticker till then. And only then will anyone want to see how the new structure is, and deals are, and then decide like you would any play. It then just becomes a play the investment community will want to play or not. The old holders are all screwed if you didnt get out already. Not to be blunt but its the sad truth. So why would anyone touch this today and join that group. Im sure some in that group would love to get their shares sold at .0001 before the split.
