Then

100,000,001 shares are owned by Mr. Fleming under the beneficial ownership rules of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. This amount represents, as of August 17, 2016, 93.89% of the issued and outstanding common stock of the Issuer.

Fleming scammed shareholders of Incapta and then reversed 19,000 for one. To pour salt on the wound he then issues himself 100mm shares.
All shareholders please contact SEC and other authorities to put this CROOK in jail.
